 A schoolboy from the Moscow region stole 200 thousand rubles from the teacher's bank card. This was reported by a source of Izvestia on January 14.


According to him, the incident occurred at the end of 2024 in a school in the village of Avdeevo near Moscow. In early December, a 61-year-old teacher discovered a history of transfers of large amounts to an unfamiliar number in a banking application. Later it turned out that her 15-year-old student used the phone.

It is specified that the teacher told the teenager the password herself. During the fraud, the boy made eight money transfer operations.

A criminal case was opened against the schoolboy for theft of money from a bank account under paragraph "d" of Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code. The case is planned to be sent to court, the teenager was taken a subscription not to travel.

Earlier, on December 31, 2024, a man who stole 396 thousand rubles intended for the operation of a child with cancer was detained in Ingushetia. Of the total amount, only 125 thousand were returned, the man spent the rest of the funds in restaurants.
