They want to extend the “dacha amnesty” to outbuildings and family homes

“United Russia” has submitted to the State Duma a bill extending the “dacha amnesty” to outbuildings located on the plots and to multi-family houses built before 1998, said First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, Secretary of the General Council of the party Andrei Turchak.

According to him, now registering a bathhouse, greenhouse and other objects requires a lot of time and money; their registration is impossible without cadastral work, a declaration of the object and state registration of ownership.

“Our bill proposes to recognize all such objects as previously registered if, before January 1, 2013, they were technically or state registered as part of a household. In this case, only an old registration certificate will be enough to register such buildings,” Turchak said.

In addition, as the politician noted, today in 62 regions there are more than 66 thousand two-apartment residential buildings (blocked developments), built from 1850 to 1999 and without title documents; they can only be registered through the court, since blocked developments are subject to “dacha amnesty” does not qualify.

“We propose to make an exception for houses where the blocked buildings in one row do not exceed two houses, and to allow a simplified procedure for their registration under the dacha amnesty,” Turchak added.
