The Tagansky Court of Moscow rejected a class action lawsuit against blogger Nastya Ivleeva demanding payment of 1 billion rubles. as compensation for moral damage due to the “naked party,” reports the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction.
The lawsuit was filed by producer Alexander Inshakov, and he was joined by 22 other people. Mobile Telesystems PJSC, the MTS company , is also a defendant in the case; they are demanding $1 billion from it.
“On January 18, 2024, the Tagansky District Court of Moscow refused to accept the claim of A. I. Inshakov,” the publication says.
The reason for the refusal was that the claim was filed by a citizen who does not have the right to act in defense of other persons.
At the beginning of January 2024, Inshakov’s claim against Ivleeva was not accepted by the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, since the defendant lives “on the territory of another subject.”
The day before, January 17, 2024, there was another claim against Ivleeva for 1 billion rubles. entered the Vsevolozhsk court of the Leningrad region. It was submitted by a resident of Zlatoust, to whom the actions of the participants in the “naked party” caused “moral, physical suffering, feelings of hopelessness, doom, fear for the future of her children, grandchildren, for the future of Russia.”
