The Ministry of Internal Affairs has put the former vice-president of Gazprombank on the wanted list
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has put the former vice-president of Gazprombank Igor Volobuev on the wanted list (the Ministry of Justice recognized him as a foreign agent in October last year). Volobuev is wanted under an article of the Criminal Code, but which one is not specified.
The former top manager of Gazprombank opposed military actions in Ukraine, and also joined a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
Volobuev was born in the Sumy region, he worked for Gazprom and Gazprombank for more than 20 years. After the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, Volobuev announced that he had left Russia and joined the Kyiv territorial defense, and then the “Russian Freedom Legion” (a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Russia recognized it as a terrorist organization and banned its activities).
This week, the Ministry of Internal Affairs “re-announced” the wanted list of the former head of YUKOS, Mikhail Khodorkovsky (recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent). Also wanted are former State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov (recognized as a foreign agent), cartoonist, creator of “Masyanya” Oleg Kuvaev (recognized as a foreign agent), head of ACF International (Anti-Corruption Foundation, FBK, recognized in Russia as a foreign agent, as well as an extremist organization and banned) Maria Pevchikh (recognized as a foreign agent) and many other Russians.
