The helicopter crash-landed on the highway in the Bryansk region
Four districts of the Bryansk region were left without electricity after a high-voltage line was broken due to an emergency landing of a helicopter on the M-3 Ukraine highway, regional governor Alexander Bogomaz reported in his Telegram channel.
No one was injured as a result of the incident with the helicopter, he clarified. The governor did not say which helicopter he was talking about. The Ministry of Defense later reported that it was a Mi-8 helicopter.
After the incident, power supply was lost in four districts - Sevsky, Suzemsky, Brasovsky, Komarichsky. Bogomaz later reported that it had been completely restored.
On January 15, the power supply was disrupted in the village of Sushany in the Bryansk region, bordering Ukraine, after it came under fire. No one was injured in the attack; several administrative buildings were damaged.
