The court limited Alain Delon's legal capacity
It is reported that the actor can still carry out independent actions, with the exception of the most important ones, such as the sale of real estate, the responsibility for which is entrusted to a specially appointed representative by the court.
“This is a very happy decision,” said Frank Burton, the lawyer for Anouchka Delon, the actor’s daughter. The role of the special representative is also to help Alain Delon with medical care and choosing a doctor, the TV channel notes.
Two weeks ago it was reported that Delon had undergone an official medical examination. Its results were not reported.
Delon's health status has recently become the subject of disputes among members of his family and close circle. Last week it was reported that the prosecutor's office began a preliminary investigation after the actor's youngest son Alain-Fabien complained about his sister Anushka, who allegedly abused her father's ignorance and weakness. Delon's companion Hiromi Rollin, in turn, wrote a letter to the prosecutor's office in which she accused his children of “attempting to deliberately murder” the French film star.
