"Sunflower" salad with chips

 "Sunflower" salad is cooked with chicken and mushrooms, decorated with chips - an unusual salad, but very tasty!




Ingredients:

1 chicken breast,
1 onion,
150 g of mushrooms,
3 eggs,
120 g of cheese,
mayonnaise,


olives,
chips.

How to cook:

Sunflower salad is collected from the bottom up with the following sequence of layers:

diced chicken (boiled or grilled);
onions, finely chopped;
fried mushrooms;
egg white grated on a large grater;
cheese on a coarse grater;
egg yolk on a fine grater.

Cover all layers of lettuce, except the top (yolk), with mayonnaise.

Then put the olives cut into 4 parts (like seeds) on top of the yolk.

Then stick thinly sliced fresh cucumbers in a circle.

And last but not least, before serving the salad, stick "petals" of "Pringles" chips over the cucumbers to make "Sunflower".
