The Ministry of Health presented a bill at public consultations, according to which smoking will be prohibited on the territory of amusement parks, recreation areas, water parks, swimming pools, on the terraces of catering enterprises and on the terraces of nightclubs, as well as at gas stations.
Also, the packages of heated tobacco will now be applied not only text warnings about health hazards, but also combined warnings.
In the case of electronic cigarettes and plant-based smoking products, the requirement for the area occupied by the text of the warning will have to be mandatory up to 50% of the main surface, as for tobacco products.
In addition, the sign prohibiting smoking will be updated. Now it will be not only a crossed out lit cigarette, but also a crossed out activated tobacco heater, an activated e-cigarette and a hookah.
