As a matter of fact, all of our domestic policies, economic policies, are in one way or another connected with family support,” he emphasized.

And you know, the state will probably be able to consider that it has done the maximum when there will be no need for special programs, but simply the natural functioning of the economic organism, the social sphere will be such that no matter how many children there are in the family, everything will be comfortable, and such general conditions for the functioning of the country’s economy and social sphere would be created that no questions would arise, and the support measures that we are developing would be automatically included,” admitted the head of state.
Putin emphasized that the authorities tried to put together a complete package of measures to support the family from the moment the expectant mother became pregnant until the child’s 18th birthday. “But now, if you noticed, for young people who study full-time until they are 23 years old, these programs will also continue, they will continue to operate,” he concluded.
