Medvedev said that the attempts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to destroy launchers will provoke a nuclear strike

 Ukraine's attempts to destroy Russian launchers with long-range Western missiles may become a basis for the use of nuclear weapons. This opinion was expressed in his Telegram channel by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.

According to him, now Kiev believes that "the best method of fighting Russia is the destruction of long-range launchers transferred by the West throughout Russia."

"What does it mean? Yes, only one thing - they (the authorities of Ukraine) risk running into the action of p. 19 Fundamentals of Russia's state policy in the field of nuclear deterrence: d) aggression against the Russian Federation with the use of conventional weapons, when the very existence of the state is threatened," the politician wrote.

He noted that striking Russian launchers is "not a right to self-defense," but a direct and obvious basis for Moscow's use of nuclear weapons against Kiev.

"This should be remembered by all the heirs of Hitler, Mussolini, Peten and others in the current Europe, which supports the Nazis in Kiev," Medvedev added.
