Ivleeva pleaded not guilty in court after the scandalous "naked party"

Blogger Anastasia Ivleeva did not admit guilty of an administrative offense at a scandalous party in the capital club "Mutabor", she did not know about the offensive form of its participants, according to the decision of the Lefortovo Court of Moscow, which is at the disposal of RIA Novosti.

On December 29, the Lefortovo court fined Ivleeva 100 thousand rubles, finding her guilty under Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation ("Organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places that caused violation of public order"). The court of RIA Novosti did not specify whether this decision was appealed.

"In the court session, individual entrepreneur Ivleeva A. V. appeared, did not admit guilt," the document says.

The decision contains a statement by lawyer Oleg Eliseev, who noted that Ivleeva "was not aware that the guests were at the event in an insulting form."

In addition, the lawyer believes that the company that has signed a contract with Ivleeva should be responsible for organizing and holding the event.

The event was held in the capital club "Mutabor" on December 20 and 21 with a dress code "almost without clothes". His guests included celebrities, including Philip Kirkorov, Dima Bilan, Lolita Milyavskaya, Ksenia Sobchak, Olga Orlova and others. Despite the fact that the holiday had the status of a "closed event", the organizer and the guests posted photos on social networks, which outraged the public.

Later, almost all the star participants of the "naked party" posted video apologies on their pages in social networks, including Anastasia Ivleeva (she did it twice).

The Lefortovo District Court fined the blogger one hundred thousand rubles under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses "Organization of mass stay of citizens in public places, which caused a violation of public order."

Rapper Vacío (Nikolai Vasilyev), who went to a party wearing a sexual organ, was first arrested for 15 days for petty hooliganism and fined 200 thousand rubles for LGBT propaganda*, and then arrested for another ten days for disobeying the police. In addition, as told RIA Novosti in the Public Supervisory Commission of Moscow, according to Vasilyev, after his detention he was taken to the military registration and enlistment office, where he was handed a summons.
