Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Denis Manturov visited industrial enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region, he inspected the execution of state defense orders and the implementation of key civilian projects.

The minister was accompanied by Presidential Envoy to the Ural Federal District Vladimir Yakushev and First Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Alexey Shmykov. They visited the Ural Transport Engineering Plant, the Ural Optical-Mechanical Plant named after. E.S. Yalamov" (part of the Rostec Group of Companies) and the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (JSC UZGA, part of the Dinamika Group of Companies).

At Uraltransmash, Manturov became familiar with the production process of the Coalition-SV interspecific artillery complex, as well as a number of other self-propelled artillery systems. Then the Deputy Prime Minister visited the Ural Optical-Mechanical Plant, a modern high-tech enterprise for the development and production of optical-electronic systems for various purposes.

“During the visit, Denis Manturov took part in the opening of a new building for automated machining and procurement production,” Manturov’s press service reported.

As the minister noted, the state defense order is being fulfilled at enterprises in accordance with the established schedule. According to him, this makes it possible to meet the needs of the Russian military in the area of ​​the special military operation in full.

At the end of his working trip, Manturov visited the Ural Civil Aviation Plant. This enterprise is the largest aircraft plant in the Ural region.

Rostec previously stated that the newest self-propelled artillery mount “Coalition-SV” showed unique technical characteristics during state tests.
