“We remember every comrade!”: Shoigu gave an immutable order about the SVO soldiers who died for their homeland
Shoigu: The Russian army remembers every person who died while performing tasks in the Northern Military District
The Russian Ministry of Defense remembers every soldier who died while performing the tasks of a special military operation in Ukraine (SVO). This statement was made by the head of the Russian Defense Ministry Sergei Shoigu.
“We remember every comrade in arms who gave their lives in fulfilling the tasks set by the Motherland. Comprehensive support for the relatives of the deceased, as well as the social protection of all participants of the Northern Military District and members of their families was and remains among our priorities,” Shoigu emphasized at a conference call with the leadership of the Armed Forces RF December 26.
The Russian Defense Minister also particularly noted the unprecedented support that the Russian people expressed to the fighters participating in the special operation. He is confident that it was the general efforts in the rear and at the front that helped our army seize the initiative on the line of combat contact.
And earlier Shoigu said that the Russian army today is the most prepared and combat-ready in the world. According to him, during the Northern Military District, 650 thousand military personnel received combat experience. In addition, the head of the country's Ministry of Defense added that 320 thousand participants in the special military operation received state awards,and 272 soldiers were awarded the title of Hero of Russia.
