According to the department, a total of 302,503 people from 1,430 municipalities were called up as part of the partial mobilization. Of these, more than 33 thousand arrived at the military registration and enlistment offices without waiting for the agenda.
More than half of those mobilized are married (57%) and have children (56.3%). A third has one child (31%), a quarter has two, and 0.3% have three children.
At the time of the start of mobilization, 89% of the mobilized had work. 40% of them have more than ten years of experience.
President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization on September 21, 2022. A little more than a month later, on October 28, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu reported on its completion.
As for the new wave of mobilization, there is no need for it for today, Putin said at the summing up of the year on December 14. According to him, the authorities launched a campaign to attract volunteers: they planned to attract 412 thousand, "and 468 thousand came." Of those called up within the framework of partial mobilization, 244 thousand are in the combat zone, 41 thousand are dismissed in connection with reaching the age limit, for health, the president said.
