The House of Culture in Shymkent becomes the property of the state
In the residential area "Togus" the house of culture "Kazygurt", which for a long time remained in private ownership, becomes the property of the city of Shymkent, Zakon.kz reports.
According to the Otyrar portal, Mayor of the city Gabit Syzdykbekov held relevant negotiations with the chairman of the production cooperative. It is noted that at this time the documents are already being re-issued.
It is specified that the land plot on which the house of culture "Kazygurt" is located, the foundation of which was laid in 1988, is 1.7359 hectares, and the area of the building is 1,130 square meters.
The building for 350 seats houses the library № 26 of the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archives of Shymkent.
Earlier, deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament Bakytzhan Bazarbek announced that the "Assy" plateau in Almaty region was returned to the property of the state.
